hi, been around off and on for about a year--most recently about 2 mounths. go up and down but not down and then down. so that is what I am striving for. to keep going down. lorraine

I do take a fluid pill. am back down 2 pounds. I will celibrate when I am down 2 more. thanks for the courage. lorraine

Hang in there. Don't know how long you have been here, but everything takes time. I know, its a cliche.
The Practical: do the nutrition tracker and exercise, even if it is a bit more walking around the neighborhood. That is the way I started and a year later I have lost what I wanted.
Slow and steady, that applies to changes in your lifestyle and eating and weight.
It is NOT Impossible. Keep going! We are rooting for you!
