Awesome!! Just remember that you probably won't see the scale drop every week, and definitely should not be losing 8 lbs every week. You probably lost a lot of water weight, but it is still weight loss!! Pat yourself on the back and keep on rocking it!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon

What is done is done. I will not dwell on it. I will move on and learn from my past. I love myself.

Hi, my first week with Spark has been great! I have surprised myself and lost 8 pounds! A friend from L.A. showed me an app he used for weight loss so I went online and found your free site! It's the first time weight loss has made sense to me. I am a visual learner so to see the charts and know where I am meeting goals as far as carbs, protein, etc. and the tips on where to improve and speaking in lay mans terms such as buying individual bags of chips so I can learn portion control. Everything makes sense and its easy to use!
