You know if you break it up...maybe do the 18 min mile or take one of her longer videos and do a shorter one two times a day it might help you get in your 30 min. goal! Best wishes!

I have been so slacking trying to find 30 minutes to watp maybe if I get up 30 minutes earlier i will be able to have a bit of time to myself even 30 minutes each day I hope will make a difference

i would like to lose like 60 lbs by june 2010 i am a mother of 3 and a wife of mark for 14 years now well going 14 yrs . when we met i was only a size 7 now i is like size 16. i just want to fee better about myself again.
