Hello Team. My name is Theondra and I am 41 years old. When I started my weight loss journey I was 217 pounds. I am currently at 205 and can't seem to budge the scale any further. I have made huge changes to my diet and today makes 20 straight days at the gym. I am not sure what I need to do different at this point and would really appreciate any feedback.

Hi - I am Linda From Washington state. I was checking medical records yesterday and saw that I am exactly the same weight as I was a year ago 222 ... down from high of 237 on May5 2015 and did see one measure down to 215 but basically I have been this same weight not only for one year but since the babies were born 35 and 36.5 years ago - time to get it off!!!
So in one month I want to BREAK the Plateau and am here to work, learn and shrink!!!

Recent history of 6 months recovery from back and spinal surgery and learning how to walk again but still have severe peripheral neuropathy in both feet and right leg and weakness. Culminated in walking a Therapeutic 5K with two canes in 2hours 25minutes last Saturday.

Some day I am going to be thin enough to feel comfortable tucking in my shirt and wearing a belt.

Hi I am excited to be part of this team..I have been a member since:June 2010...I did get my weight down to 192 for my wedding in 2012. I started back with sparkpeople Jan 2016 with a weight of 212 lbs. As of today I am 205.4 and am stuck at a plateau...been this weight since March ..so my goal is still to reach 200 lbs for now then will set another mini goal.

I am a grandmother of 11 beautiful grandchildren...great grandmother of 2....been trying to loose weight for past 3 years....time to get fit and feel better....I have managed to get down to 205.4 so I know I am ready for this and my mind set is right...As The Sun Goes Down Each Night I know and feel that this weight loss journey will be successful because ..."I want to do this"..for Me...

Sept isn't far away..I will be the Big "60" ..truly looking forward to it..our wedding anniversary is in Sept too...my hubby is taking me to Vegas so going to be great..and then when we get back from vacation it's "semi-retirement"...no more work except for sat and sun...so only 16 hours a week apposed to 40..can't wait!!!!!

"keep on keeping on"
