SADDDZ, I hope that posting, and just hearing from other women is already getting you out of that "hopeless" feeling. You can do this! We all have struggles an d setbacks. Support from others on the journey is one of the reasons we're here on SparkPeople. Take one day at a time, and one small step at a time.

I guess this is good advise for myself too! I can use the encouragement. emoticon

Don't think of it as "failing". Think of it as a set back - a chance to try something different to reach your goal. You can do this!

Welcome to the site! My advice is to take things one day at a time, making changes you feel like you can live with long term. What are a few small things you could do today to try and get things moving in the right direction?

Well, am Sadia from Pakistan , spent 2 decades in Pak & then went to Japan where I stayed for almost a decade.. Life's been a roller coaster ride & all the traumatic domestic tension was one of the major reasons that I lost my immaculate figure I was in love with. Now back to Pakistan, resumed media fraternity and am very uncomfortable doing my news bulletins due to my weight issues, its not about health alone but to look good is the demand of my profession.. tension is piling up, toughest routine & feels like I can never lose... would love some suggestions , some motivation ... i really wanna be on track and am failing miserably over and over again ... ...
