Thanks, I do enjoy drinking water and when I get tired of plain water I add slices of lemon, cuumber, or orange to give it flavor. This concept of the numbers is it the latest research? Because I think I've read it. Thanks and I think it's all about the calories then that I need focus on for weight loss. However, I'm also working towards a healthier way of living so I like the nutrients information on the counter.

Weight loss is pretty much about the numbers. Burn more calories than you take in. Need 500 calories less per day to lose 1 lb per week. There are exceptions to this but in general it works. What the water does is help you feel full. Often we mistake thirst for hunger. Water is also better for you than coffee and other sugary drinks.

Will you lose weight if u drink only 8 cups of water per day? emoticon I've been drinking at least 100 ounces of water per day.

On Friday 11/20 my doctor told me I had metabolic syndrome and If I didn't make changes I would end up with type 2 diabetes or heart disease or both. I am choosing LIFE and reversing this, starting immediately. I have things to do and I don't have time to be sick. Let's ROCK AND ROLL!!
