Have you tried the balance games for Wii fit? You wouldn't have to move your foot. For the balance games, you just shift your weight a bit. The soccer one might require some weight on the foot, but the table tilt is typically small but very controlled movements. Maybe these would help get some time in without putting a lot of exertion on your ankle.

You could also do some of the Wii Sports while sitting or with little movement. They are not fitness oriented but it could be a start to just get yourself moving. Heck, almost any Wii game would at least get you moving some since they are use motion for control instead of only buttons for control.

I have had a WII for a while, but now I moved it to a guest room and can use it. When it was in the living room, I couldn't use it much without protests from the peanut gallery! I am looking forward to using the WII fit plus game more. Right now I am taking it slow, since I am recovering from ankle surgery in September. I don't have any limitation, just have to make sure of my footing. Nice to meet all of you!
