Got clothes ready to donate

walked to TOPS, won 2 prizes, best loser in past week & most points on last 4 weeks for goal setting achievements, won nice bath soap & scented candle

Check out websites for vitamin K food lists, found one with 1,000 foods, will print out on office program foods I eat only, changing to Warfarin in a week & need exact same amount vitamin K daily with hospital daily blood tests before Breakfast to decide daily dosage. Spark People class Vitamin K as Potassium. Potassium is Vitamin K 2, regular vitamin K has no Potassium and is not the same, so have to add up my own amounts of Vitamin K before doing rest of daily diet plan.Will print out list next week on computer.

Try healthy vegetable chips, they have very little additives & at least some nutrition, they are sold in the natural food section of all regular grocery stores, do not get the ones in the chip isle

Started higher protein diet, increased it by 5% so far, fat % is already going down on scale in less then 24 hours, will also lower my total fat to 20%, have fat deposits in my body, on better diet for 3 months. Then retested.

Went for 2 hour walk

Plan tomorrows menu
