I was able to keep my October goal of only having a lean protein/fruit/veggies after 7:30 p.m.
I was successful with it and will continue during November.
I will add being a POSITIVE FORCE in November and set the goal to help my husband do strength exercise at least 2 times per week to help with his balance and mind/body connection.

My Goals for October were - I will be consistent in following my eating plan (No S Diet) and fitness schedule as indicated by 100% Streak accountability.

I did fairly well with my fitness consistency and have a 15 day streak going. I seem to be see-sawing between my No S eating plan and SP counting calories. I have managed to track my foods eaten for 23 days now and I am very pleased with that.

The scale is being kind to me so I am going to continue along the same lines.

November Goals: Continue with my Fitness Streak. Change the wording of my eating plan goal to better reflect what I am doing. I will record all of my food as indicated on the SP Nutrition Tracker.

Participate in my gym's 60 day challenge by doing the designated strength exercises 3 times per week

Continue getting 10,000+ steps daily even if it needs to be on the treadmill now that the weather is getting colder.

Weigh and measure weekly to monitor progress.

NOVEMBER GOAL AND STEPS TO ACHIEVE GOAL

GOAL; Lose average of 2 lbs a week.

SPECIFIC: be mindful of what I eat and the portion size (no sugary drinks)
exercise at least 4x a week reach (1000 minutes this month)
:Sleep at least 7-9 hours ( be in bed by 11:00p.m.)
Start to drink more water: at least 24 oz 1rst week and add 4 oz. a week

MEASUREABLE: take measurements Nov 1rst and 30th
Weigh-in every Saturday and daily

ACHEIVABLE: BMI over 30 so doable to lose 2 lbs a week

RELEVANT: steps toward a healthy weight and BMI
Less stress on my heart and knees
prevent other disease

TIME-BOUND: the month of November

Baby steps = Big results
Healthy eating only - NO DIET

So I still can't figure out a tiny goal for November. I think I will replay mine for Oct. KEEPING between 80-100% of my body, mind & spirit! I didn't do too well these past 2 days.LOT"S of celebrating emoticon I guess I think when I reach a goal I can give it up. BUT NO! Today I am being VERY inactive. It has been such a whirl wind theses past 5 days, I need rest! It is hard for me to stop. I try for 200 exercise minutes a day. Today will be 120. But I may get more in, later.

11-2-19 Our 44th anniversary, emoticon yesterday was SO special. We had dinner on top of the world. It was perfect, (except I over ate) Lot's of walking & sight seeing. DH gave me 44 gas car fill ups. I gave him a detailed car cleaning for his car. It came out beautifully! We REALLY take good care of our cars, AND each other. We are still on our Honeymoon. Met in High school. Yes, we have our ups & downs, but try really hard at keeping our romance alive. Lot's of work, but worth it!

Last month's goal was to replace at least one processed snack with an unprocessed one daily. I was able to do that and will continue the same for this month. Eventually I want to be rid of all processed snacks.

My October goal was to walk outside as much as I could. I didn't get to go as much as I wanted.

My November goals will be to ride my recumbent bike, do my PT exercises daily and walk indoors and outside. Eat squashes. I love them this time of the year. emoticon

My goal for November is to cut back on added sugar. With the holidays coming I want to plan some treats just so I don't feel like I failed if I have pie on Thanksgiving.

MOMTOLJ GREAT for you!

emoticon AND continuing: 10-26-19 Yesterday I volunteered & performed at the Nature Preserve. I used 3 marionettes to 'greet', they call me an Ambassador, I like that! There were about 500 people that came to the event. The marionettes said hi to most of them. 3 hours of REALLY moving. I had the energy to do it, because of my 're-'boot'. Feeling FABULOUS! emoticon The good thing is I am continuing my goal! This is Chris idea from THE SPARK. emoticon 80-100% days. IF you haven't read this book, get it, he is AMAZING about HOW SP started & how it works! I'm sure it's on eBay. emoticon I am a "Pygmy Blue Butterfly", VERY rare & only live in my area of the world! emoticon

I was late this month to set my Goals: I set my goals on October 11th

I will be 220 lbs by the 31 rst was my goal. I et and now am at 219 lbs.

I changed a few things and purchased a food scale. It works emoticon

Still working on 80-100% days, going strong!!!!

emoticon 10-21-19 Lot's happening at home today, Pluming getting a redo! Several sinks new fixtures, new tub fixtures, new downstairs toilet, water heater flushed & cleaned out, etc.!YEAH! Preventative! emoticon This is 1 way to NOT get our water!!!!! I'm drinking it instead! Also, garage door getting a check out, too! Just taking care of house before things NEED it! emoticon Turing off the heater for the pool tomorrow, emoticon Just too cold OUTSIDE to swim, in it! emoticon We had an extra 21 days, though & I am happy for that! Have fun everyone! emoticon

I finished the writing of my book! emoticon ..Now I am going through chapter by chapter and editing before I send it off.

My re-focusing (since 9-17-19 is REALLY helping with my confidence!!!!! emoticon Off to swim in our amazing backyard pool, heated to 80% for a few more days, highs today outside will be about 65 degrees!
