walked to "Think Yourself Thin" seminar at the rec. center, it cost $10.00 but included healthy lunch while seminar was on. I won the book on it's worth $20.00. It is more motivational & not much on weight loss, I thought I would learn more on weight loss. I have never had problems with being motivated all my life & people around me notice this.

Later walked to gym.

Planned menu for 2 days.

Walk to chronic disease class in the rain, when I left it started pouring & bad winds, I got a ride home & my umbrella brook while getting in to their car.

Later wind died down but still raining so I walked to my gym class & back, there 65 minutes.

Later took my measurements, hips 4" less in 4 months, last 30 days wrist .1/4 inch less, waist 1" less, body fat 2% less. Also checked charts online to see my hip to waist ratio is .8, considered low risk for heart attack, pear shaped body,B.M.I .is 24, 21-24% body fat is fit, below athletic & not enough fat, mine is 26% body fat and is considered good. Checked out a accurate ideal weight chart instead of B.M.I. weight chart, it stated ideal for me 135, that is my goal, so I am correct. Do not like the range weight charts, prefer the ones more accurate regarding your body frame size, they are exact weight. 1 year 9 months ago on Nov.1,2017 my waist was 43" now 32", my clothes size was 16-18, now 8-10.

1. Reclaim “healthy me” as much as possible. I want to live pain free or at least keep it to a minimum.

2. Bike 100,000 miles after the age of 50. Said this as a joke originally, but now it’s a serious goal.

Plan menu for 7 days.
I have 3 more days done now. So will be 10. I shop Friday so need to have 7 days starting this Saturday done. I can then print out my shopping list from Spark people so I buy what I need to.

plan today's menu after breakfast & tomorrows menu,yesterday thanksgiving & company did not leave till 12:30 a.m.,so could not do it

Go to gym for 65 minutes

walk for 45 minutes & 26 minutes weight training

Do & start light weight exercise at home, have a good book, 370 pages with pictures of exercise, 200 pages of information & 3 week diet menu & maintenance menu from biggest loser trainer that I bought at a dollar store for $1.25.. I did 24 minutes.

Go for 2 walks, 60 minutes each.

Plan tomorrows menu for Thanksgiving, already done. I am eating slightly less for the 7 days after because i will be eating extra tomorrow. I will not be changing my exercise routine.

walk to volunteer job at thrift store run by hospital, everyone is a volunteer & all money after business expenses goes to keep the hospital running, they have 2 stores & charity events.

Go for a 86 minute walk, tracked it on Spark People route, last time was 218 calories, this time it is 305 calories because I am a little faster now, will not go any faster now then that because have blood clots in both lungs.

Plan menu for tomorrow, because of higher calorie burn,Spark People raised my calorie limit, I am not changing my calories, it was set before to not change with exercise,what is the point if they send me a message in red print asking me to increase my amount of exercise & calories used for exercise, I estimate for the week. I will increase it myself if I lose weight too fast.

I did ice skating yesterday & enjoyed it.I have a free pass till the end of March & 2 times per. week they have skating for people over 50. Likely go then. I am 54 & have not skated in 35 years, fell 1 time yesterday, I will improve.

Today I go for a walk for 2 hours & later today walk to gym, 65 minutes there.

I will finish my 1st week diet plan for the challenge & grocery shop tomorrow. I have printed out my exercise plan for this month to keep on track with what I am doing daily. I did not put times in, because that might change. As long as it is done daily at some time.

I have also recorded my weight. Tomorrow I will do my picture,then done.

P.S. My weight 7 days a go was 154, now 148, so on track with new diet & exercise, normal to lose extra weight at first, then slow down weight loss.

walk to ice rink in 2 hours, it is free for me including helmet & skates till end of March, 2 times a week, because of low income at the rec. center where I also get a discount at the gym there I go to.
