I feel you. I used to be a boredom eater. Having been on Dparkpeople for a while, I now redirect my energies when I want to eat and I am not hungry. It’s definitely a process. I am not always successful. However, when I get bored now, I immediately get up and concentrate on finding something to do, that does not involve eating. Believe it or not just 5 minutes of marching in place or coming online helps redirect and change my mindset. Food and eating is no longer in the forefront of my mind.

It may not happen every time, but I am happy to say it works most of the time.

Have lost 50 pounds but put a few back on due to stress eating and going back to bad eating habits
