I'm working on changes- so I will work on portion control on my snacking when I get to it...

I have been snacking on Cucumbers, Radishes, Carrots dipped in 1/4 Cup of Ranch Dip (Fat Free Sour Cream + 1 Package of Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix) to 1/2 Cup... depending when and what I have done before and how I feel too...

Yesterday I made Zucchini Slices with Parmesan Cheese baked in the oven... VERY TASTY...

I am getting WAY better at snacking- as I am not buying the Processed Junk I used to get...

No favorites, I eat almost anything that I like the taste of. Some are healthy, some are not, but my total daily nutrition is good.

I have pleurisy, 2 types of anemia, macrocytic anemia, Iron deficiency anemia, from blood transfusions with wrong antibodies, causes blood to replace daily instead of 100 days, chronic pneumonia, pleurisy, chronic kidney disease, a partially collapsed lung, low blood pressure & blood clots in both lungs for 3 years. Now formed scar tissue.I am 56 years old. I had cervical cancer 6 years ago, no signs last 4 years as well. I have new blood clots now,2019.I am on P.S.T. time zone.

I make our own Hummus and it makes for a great and healthy snack; love it w/ a few crackers or on celery and carrot sticks. Also make a fresh green drink every day .... (a pitcher) .... it is loaded with veggies and some fruits ..... very tasty and a good afternoon natural pick-me-up! .... emoticon

I love fresh fruits like - halo tangerines, red grapes, cantaloupe, honeydew, banana.
I also like veggies - baby carrots, cherry tomatoes, sugar snap peas, cucumbers
When I can splurge I'll get hummus and have that with some veggies.
