I ran cross country in high school, I noticed that after I started college I started to gain weight so I started really running again about 1 1/2 years ago. I did a half marathon last summer and will be doing a 10K this weekend :)

Also, when I started running again I promised myself I wouldn't quit running EVER! The first two weeks back were rough hahaha

Hey guys!

My name is Holly, I've been trying to start losing weight again for a year now (I've hit a serious plateau). I go to the gym on average 4 days a week, I'm a runner and a lover of cross fit and yoga. I also work and go to school full time. And just recently changed my diet to include a lot more natural things. I feel like losing 10lbs is never going to happen. Hopefully this team will help me get back on track and shred my last few lbs.
