Sometimes we need to lose weight to feel better, sometimes we need to rethink our goals to feel better. I am all for being at the weight that makes us feel good.

Some ppl look at me and say I'm too thin...well baby, they're just looking at my face. I am blessed with a thin face which was handy when I was 50 lbs over weight. Now, my face does look thin, and b/c I waited until after menopause to get the weight off...my skin doesn't fit as well as it used to.

So, you GO for your own goals! You can do whatever you put your mind to!

Hi everyone! I'm delighted to have just found this group! It's perfectly suited to my current weightloss adventures...

I've been trying to lose weight and reach a goal of losing 60 pounds for the last 7-8 months now. I've managed to lose most of it already (50/60lbs), but I find I'm really struggling with the last bit of weight! It was hard in the beginning, then it got easier, and now it's hard again at the end!

I've started a blog to record my journey and keep myself accountable for my eating decisions each day. I'd really love it if you could offer me any advice or suggestions on my blog. Any and all feedback is appreciated. The more people I share my story with, the more accountable I feel! I really need to lose this weight, so I can be a healthy, happy, whole person again.
