For 2014 -
Lowest weight - 98.6
Maintenance weight - 99.0

Hey! Thanks for asking. ^_^

I have recently recovered from a bout of strep throat and sort of back slid. I weighed myself today and it was 97.5. So my goal of reaching 95 by my birthday (which is in *cough 2 days) is pretty much impossible. Lol.

Oh wells.

on the daily weigh in thread we sort of keep each other accountable to whatever way you need - it's been great! Lots of good insight on there as well...welcome to the group!

216 to 114- 5 lb maintenance range for life! 102 lbs GONE and a healthy lifestyle forever....leading by example! It can be done!

Welcome! The last 10 are tough!!! I'll be back with you all in losing mode soon. 4 weeks (maybe less?!) till baby #2 :) then you all have to give me a free pass for a couple months since I'm pretty sure I, ahem, will have more like 20 to lose.

There's a partner thread that's been going strong for 5-6 years with some awesome ladies in it or you can simply post your own accountability buddy request too.

Well, welcome! I used to be 5'8" but am now 5'7" and am working on a few pounds myself. I don't think it really matters how tall we are...those last few pounds are pretty tough. I see CB has posted on your thread here. She's short too and she certainly knows how to get weight off! She's a CHAMP!!!!

Hey everybody! I'm 4'10 and currently weigh 98-100 on a given day. I'm looking to get ultimately to 90, but have set my current goal at 95. When i first started trying to lose weight, I weighed around 112. When you are as short as I am, those lbs stack up fast!

I have completed the 30 day shred by Jillian Micheals, and have to stuck to eating between 1200-1600 calories a day. I'm trying to be overall much healthier in both diet and exercise (lots of fruits and veggies!)

Looking for some encouragement, maybe even an accountability buddy!
