New to the team, excited to be regularly using SP again. I have been struggling with the idea of losing the last 10 pounds for about 3 years now. The only thing that has ever made the scale move was tracking and SP, but unfortunately I could never keep it up for long. I'm hoping this time is different, wish me luck!
