Hi there. I had been on and off SparkPeople for years but now I'm back. I'm 35, 5' and I weight 126. I'm looking to get to 120. I have been trying for years and even touched that number in the last year or so briefly, but can never seem to stay there. I have done a lot of learning and changing in terms of diet and exercise so eating healthy has gotten easier. I actually enjoy workouts though consistency has always been my issue (with everything) as well as time (with little boys around - 5 and 2 years old).

I feel like I know what to do but struggle with consistency as well as what I'm truly after - the number on the scale or the way I feel or what. I know what should be important but there's a fine line between feeling good and ok with yourself and just saying "it's not worth it, I give up!".

Also, even though I am short, medium boned and muscular I wonder if I am trying to find excuses for not aiming lower. Are my #'s ok? I'm borderline "overweight" according to BMI.

Anyway, just looking for support, people that have been there, advice, good vibes, etc. Thanks!
