thank you!!! :)

Your motivation will be strong in proportion to the effort you put into making your own decisions (regardless of what they might be) with conscious awareness, or weak in proportion to the effort you put into seeing yourself as the helpless victim of your own urges, feelings and desires, or of circumstances beyond your control.

hi,
i'm lena, 33 year old girl from germany.
my first goal september 2014 was lose 20 pounds until christmas.
i lost 13 and then stopped my diet and didn't workout anymore at the end of november. but i maintained my weight and went back on track at the end of december. i hit the gym again and pushed really hard, i did not track my calories accurately every day like i did before but i estimated well so i lost six pounds in january and four in february. so i reached my first goal two mothe late ;) i'm at 70 kilogram right now. so my new goal is to reach 65 kg until my wedding at the beginning of may. at first i want to lose seven pounds until easter. thats 6,5 weeks so it should be possible.
i'm always at the high end of my calorie range. my range is 1200-1550 and i'm always around 1500-1750. i can't imagine eating less... emoticon but usually i try to be active. i have a dog woh really needs a lot of walking. i walk to work almost every day for about 45 minutes, i hit the gym two times a week and go running once a week for five kilometers.
so i really hope to find some buddys. i think it's an easier journey when you have some encouragement.
glad i found this group!
so let's rock the next seven pounds!
regards
lena
