Yes. I am just starting phase II. I really am liking it so far. I haven't started a strict running/walking program yet. The outdoor weather hasn't been too coopertive yet. However the time change has helped.

Hello. I am trying to start running again......in high school many many many moons ago I ran track. Today I am married with two beautiful daughters. I am starting slowly however, I have a 5K race that I would like to particpate in at the end of May. Not sure if that is enough time to get ready, I might move that goal out to June. emoticon
