Welcome to the team. You are smart to start with a good pair of running shoes. They are so important to preventing injury. Personally I don't think I'll ever run a half-marathon or marathon but I do enjoy running distances of 3 - 5 miles. Good luck with your new job.

Hey all! I'm Kathy and I'm starting C25K in June. Running was my least favorite part of gym class growing up, but now I am intrigued. I'm waiting until June to start so I can save up for some proper running shoes (I start a new job on Monday). For now, I'm here to read all about your progress so I can get pumped up!
