I was doing Jillian's 30 day shred but as of now I decided to focus just on cardio, I know it would be better if I just do both, I'll eventually get my motivation back up to do it again. I technically have done 30 days, and up to level 3 just not consistently but I did 30+. I stopped counting. I think I just need to get another of her dvd's.

So for now I am trying to walk 3.24 miles every day, and today i did 6.48 miles using sweet sweat & wrapped in saran wrap. I got a great sweat.
