George, That is a story that most of us are all too familiar with. A few years ago I lost 22 pounds with the help of Spark People but I gained 37 back. Hang in there and don't give up.

Hi my name is George. I am currently looking to lose 45 lbs. Last year I did a weight loss contest at my job and won losing 25lbs. Since then I have put back on the 25 lbs and then some.
