I love my scales. I use them when in doubt. I too have bowls that fit just he right amount in them. I use my own measuring cups, spoons, and I have to say I love the dough scoop peanut butter idea....that would work for dressing also. Thank you dawn for that....I have one and never use it.

I weigh everything. If you look at the nutrition info on products, they always give a volumetric measurement and a weight. The two seldom match. I'll go with the weight. It's easier in any case.

I use both the scale and measuring spoons and love them. The measuring spoons allow me to watch my portions and no one else has to know!

I would have a hard time doing WW without my scale. I measure most things including cooked spaghetti. No more guessing how many points for that portion of spaghetti! I use it to make my 2 point snack bags out of pop chips, Special K cracker chips, etc. I weigh my cooked meat to know exactly how many points I'm eating. I love the scale and it is totally worth the price. I also have the serving pieces that are 1 cup, 1/2 cup, and 1/4 cup and I use those to serve mashed potatoes, casseroles, etc. They are also invaluable to me.

I love my digital scale, when in doubt, weigh it out. I find it useful for chunky stuff instead of trying to mash it into a cup or something.
I have also measured out my bowls and glasses at home. My 'go-to' bowl is exactly one cup and my glass is 8 ounces. So I can have a bowl of cereal (or ice cream) and not have to measure. It is quite small as you might imagine, compared to other bowls that come with a dish set. They were my grandmothers back in the day....
I also have my ladle measure, 1/4 cup and a dough scoop that is 2 tablespoons for peanut butter.

I do use the kitchen scale and but I use my own measuring spoons and cups. I think weighing and measuring are a big help.

I'm so glad there is a team for people who do both SP and WW. I love using the SP website and I just signed up for WW (again) so I'm hoping the combination of the two will help me get to my goal weight.

I was wondering if anyone has used the WW kitchen tools - like the scale or measuring spoons. If so, have you found them useful in your weight loss?

Looking forward to chatting with you all!
