At the top of this page once you're signed in is a tab called 'my trackers'...when you scan it you'll see a list of choices...Click on the 'start' tab and that will bring you to a page where on the left hand side you'll be able to see a link to 'my recent posts' among other things...Take time to look about the Spark site and ask lots of questions...That's what we're here for...Also you may not wish to put your whole real name on your Spark page as this is a public forum...Most people are great but there are always a few finks who take advantage unfortunately...Good luck on your journey to better health!...Peace&Hugs, Beany

I live off Monroe on Mansfield. So, pretty much North Spokane. Just moved here this summer from Texas.

Glenda - Welcome to the team! We are so glad that you are here with us. Know that each day is a chance to start over and little steps add to great things. I am a mother of 4 at nearly 42 with the youngest almost 18 months. I work nights and my husband works out of state 3 weeks out of every month. I could make tons of excuses as to why I can't exercise. But I take steps each day and on 10/1/2011 completed my first half marathon walking. I am doing my next half marathon on 1/15/2012 and will be walking again. There was a time that I felt that I could never do that much. I am not a skinny minny but I can still acomplish great things. I have faith in your ability to achieve your goals!

Welcome to the team. We are so glad you have joined us. I am actually going to be 53 this week. Health challenges have been my way of life for sometime. Working out in the therapy pool at the Y has kept me going. What part of Spokane do you live in?

Hopefully this will help you figure out some things. I actually used my Spark Points page and kept clicking and earning points and learning the system. You can also check out "The Spark" from the local library. It puts it all in a easy to follow 28 day program to jump start.

how to use this page.

I'm a 52 year old female and have a lot of health problems. I am so tired of feeling yucky all the time and I started a new lifestyle today.

Would someone please send me a message to help me get started using these message boards. I need the encouragement and want to participate.
