I can't remember the range either. Ill have to look at my blood test again. I can tell you that mine were alway on the low end of normal and I asked my doctor to put me on thyroid medicine anyway as I had so many symptoms. It is a range and I wanted to be higher. Worked great for a while but I think something else must be going on for me. Every 7 days or so I just crash from fatique. I end up in bed all day or most of day to recoup. Any of the members of this group have that problem in addition to the struggle to lose weight?

I'm not sure what the correct levels are but I do know that if you are slightly hypothyroid, the blood test may come back as normal. I had to get the blood test 4 times before getting diagnosed because the levels were "within the normal range." I know that's not what you're looking for, but I hope it is a bit helpful. :)

I know what the ranges are for the TSH & T4 blood levels, but where within those ranges is the best for these readings? I know I read this information a few months ago and I should have made notes.
