Okay I don’t know if my last post went through
I’m new !
But I was trying to say I have spoken to some friends that have been on meds for this for a very long time and they use kelp supplement (sea weed) pills, and they manage to bring their levels to normal, and even when they say normal on the tests and you don’t feel better, they do the rest to get you feeling great!
I know how you feel! I feel like it’s never going to end. I feel so hopeless and helpless. I have to get my blood work before I can go up again on dose, but it’s so hard to do anything right now. If you don’t feel better, and you’re lab says you are normal, please point out to your doc that not everyone is the same, and that you may need a mix of t3 AND t4 to get you better, or maybe just a higher dose. Tell your doc that the goal isn’t to make the lab tests better, it’s to make you better. And if you aren’t better and you are telling him that, and he won’t help you, then you need to see another doc. Don’t settle. You’ve been through enough and you deserve to live the life that everyone else does. Be firm. Be strong. This is YOUR life and YOUR body, and it’s up to you to stand up for it !
Sending you love, light, and strength :)

Hi i'm about 6 months into being diagnosed and am still super tired during the day. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to be more energized? My Levo is up to 100 they say I'm in the good range and can stay at this dose, but I feel like theres a reason I'm still so tired and didnt know if it was me or the pills or just something the DR missed
