This is always a good reminder. I have found that sitting down is a gateway to mindful eating. It's usually easy to do as long as I am aware of it. (as opposed to e.g. dealing with hunger between meals). For the time being, I am going to add different dimensions of awareness as I go through the tasks for the Pink Book.
Advantages of losing weight/eating well
1- like the way I look - since I see myself in zoom on a regular basis:)
2- keep blood pressure healthy
3- keep blood sugar levels healthy
4 -be in touch with my own desire for food
5 -food awareness is an entry point in other kinds of awareness
a) simple steps such as eating sitting down will help me feel more in tune with my better self.
