Tomorrow is also my anniversary so my wife and I might go out for dinner and see where the day takes us. I didn't "resolve" to lose wait/ get healthier as I'm already working on that. Instead I decided to try to write one haiku every day this year.

Spend some time finishing up some business/work stuff (expenses).

Went out with some girlfriends for a "pre-" drink.

Will spend the evening with my DH and a good dinner, maybe some Scrabble for some TV. Nothing special, just some love & togetherness.

I'll call family that I won't see tomorrow for a belated Xmas celebration in the next couple of hours to wish them HNY!

It's the last day of the year. Tomorrow is a new year, and a psychological new start. I'm going to a friend's tonight to ring in the new year. In 2016 I'm getting my house in order (mentally and literally).

How are you celebrating? What are your goals (I don't like the word resolutions) for the new year?

I'm looking for my inner athlete, but I'm afraid I may have eaten her. If I'm very quiet I can hear her screams of terror.
