If a food bank or soup kitchen won't take (sometimes they can't by law if the container has been opened) check with dog owning friends. I know a lot of raw feeders and home cooked feeders who would love to have it.

Is there a food bank or Soup kitchen you could donate the meat to?

I wanted to have a variety of raw nuts and seeds available so I knew I would have to freeze them because if you don't at least refrigerate or freeze them the oils can go rancid pretty quickly. I put them in freezer safe ziploc bags. I have all of my nuts and seeds together so I don't have to rummage around in the freezer to find them.

I try to keep all of my frozen fruit together on one shelf and vegetables together on another shelf in the freezer. I have not decided what to do with all of the frozen chicken and seafood I have not been eating. It is taking up a lot of space!

Are there any tips you have came up with that have worked for you since starting ETL?
