don't sweat over eating fruits and veggies. We are sooooooo used to overeating junk food that its hard habit to brake and I think its cause that junk food is soooo addicting that you almost can't stop eating it.

I find a big difference from overeating fruits and veggies and overeating junk....I feel just stuff when I overeat the fruits and veggies and feel sooo awful and sick when I overeat junk.

Don't worry, lots of us do that. The important thing is to pick up and move on. As time goes on, you'll gradually learn new habits. I think you're doing very well. It's not that bad to overeat fruits and vegetables! I found my eating habits changing for the better over time, and it happened all by itself by not giving up.

I just eat until I'm full. Over time, I've noticed that what makes me feel full is less food than when I started. Not sure, but I think as long as you are eating the "right" stuff, you're okay. As you lose weight and get healthier, you system will adjust. At least, that's what I think happens and I feel like that has been what has happened to me.

I'm almost at two weeks and I'm doing pretty well. I'm only eating what's allowed (except I had salmon and a roll one night.) I know we're supposed to eat unlimited fruits and veggies, but today I feel I really overdid it - too many fruits, too many veggies. I.E. I made a double batch of eggplant and onions, and ended up eating the whole thing. Does anyone else have this problem on this food plan?
