I wear a Fit Bit and try to get 250 steps each hour. Have it set for 12 hour days. I also just finished cardio rehab which was a big winner. I have Senior Sneakers at our local community center but need to be more active there. I also have a group of 10-15 minute strength exercises I do each morning. Some with dumbbells and some just body weight. Love the chair exercises.

I had a treadmill but it killed my knee & hip. Had recent xrays so hopefully some solution soon.
I do have a walking route that I try a couple times a week but so hilly and sometimes it gets scary for me when cant catch breath.

What I try to do is bus to mall and walk around. It does have steep stairs from stop to stores but find if I just take my time I can do it. Thank goodness for handrails. LOL
Hoping to find a good exercise routine just to keep me mobile.
Its just too easy to say to hell with it and do nothing which is such a bad attitude. I should sneak into a couple of my neighbours yards this summer and "borrow" their pools. LOL May get me arrested but at least I get exercise that way. Ha ha Have a great day all.

I use Treadmill, Bike and Weights and love Walks , I have a Fit Bit Charge 2 I got in December I love,

Actually, walking on the treadmill is the only way I can walk a whole mile. There is also a walking track and I wear out on it. The treadmill has something I can hold on to for balance. My balance is better since walking. I used to have a pedometer but no longer do. I need to get updated so I can count my steps.

My favorite way to exercise is to go the gym at nearby church. I walk 1 mile on the treadmill and do weight exercises. I have an exercise partner. Lately neither of us has been able to attend much. I also find that I will walk extra when parking somewhere.

What is your favorite way to get exercise?
Do you walk?
Do you climb an extra flight of stairs?
More cardio? What do you do to exercise?
