Hi!
I was wondering, how do I know how many calories I burn. I usually just walk outside, ride my bike, or do some floor exercise at home.

Hello Team -

I would first like to apologize for not following up with the 48 day challenge. Life happened. Lol! In preparation for July 4th... here is the two week challenge (STARTING TODAY):

We are going to do a "TWO A DAY" workout challenge. Two-A-Day means working out two times in one day. Over the course of 7 days (one week), you will need to do a two-a-day workout at least 3 out of 7 days while continuing your regular workout regimen the other 4 days. Not so fast, here is the catch - you will need to burn 500 calories via cardio in both workouts during your Two-A- Day. Feel free to mix up your cardio (250 cal. on treadmill and the last 250 on the elliptical).

Make sure you drink plenty of water in preparation of your Two-A-Day.

Let me know if you are participating! Can't wait to hear about your results on July 1! :)

P.S. Ladies don't be afraid of weights... weight training burns a lot of calories. Also, with a nice diet plan.. you will see significant results. Talk to you soon!
