Small Steps....Daily Successes

Today I'm going for a walk, and I'll go listen to Bernie Sanders speak.

I enjoyed this day and had three aha moments.
1. If I put my knee support by my shoes, I am more likely to remember to wear it.
2. I can easily do a 25 min treadmill meditation.
3. While doing my treadmill meditation I realized: old habits need more than 30 days to replace.

I've been deer hunting for the past week or so. Got home yesterday and have a lot to do to get ready for Thanksgiving. It is my daughters birthday so we will be celebrating in style. I'll be doing all the cooking and cleaning. I probable won't be on the computer much till after Thursday.

Today got things ready for Thanksgiving by going to Sams Club
Spent more than we should have but then things are in large quanity so will last awhile
Then went to Rainbow Foods and finished up the meal
So now can sit back and relax til company arrives
Our DS came over and vacuumed and cleaned for us
While his partner took me to the store
We are so grateful for their help
We are receiving our first snowfall 2" so far
Very pretty and white

Well, this doesn't seem like much, but I got dressed went out and walked to the bus stop, then over to the pharmacy, came home and joined this team! LOL

Today had a social interaction at the resturant we had breakfast at met a member of our church did not know and learned about our neighborhood seems the owners of resturant and this gentleman and wife were very knowledgeable
Came home ran dishwasher did load of laundry and took care of DH
One day at a time

today I not only got out of bed
I went n gave out food at my church & I m plANNING TO GO BAC FOR SERVICE TONIGHT

Due to the extreme heat this summer, I have neglected my flower garden. So..this morning I spent three and a half hours cutting tree seedlings and pulling wild grass out of my flower garden. I got a real good workout, but now my back is sore and my allergies are in high gear. Good for me...Tomorrow is another day and I won't work as hard.
