Hi looks like you could use someone to talk to. Ha! My name is Cindy from Nebr. My step for this month is to work on giving up all the stuff in the 21 day challenge. I am doing ok. Not perfect but much better than before. I am going with the saying that a person shouldnít eat that stuff everyday anyway. On the 22nd day I plan on a in control cheat day. Maybe 2 homemade chocolate chip cookies, a candy bar, maybe M&Mís. Nor sure. Then live without for another 21 days.
Your plan is good too.But I need to ask ďwhat is IF days?Ē.

This January, I'm challenging myself to eat less on my IF days.
Only one small piece of dark chocolate, and small portions.
I will eat slower.
