boy howdy yes...even though I didn't quite feel like it

got in 2.5 miles this morning (the full thing even though I felt like scaling back
did 4 sets (upped everything one set) of everything except the optional even though it's that TOM

I feel fit!

went to the gym this morning and did my TRX workout...even got in most of my "optional" exercises

at 10 this morning I'm going to go jogging outside on this last day of Spring Break...I'm planning on trying to push myself. Usually when I jog outside I don't push myself as hard as when I run on the treadmill. If I want to run more 5ks and work up to a marathon eventually I need to start running outside more

I'm not doing strenuous exercise today because I"m fasting for Good Friday. I am doing an hour's worth of walking. I'm about 32 minutes into the hour. I might do a little more but it'll depend on how hungry I get and how I feel later on...

60 min circuit yesterday. Today I can't hit the gym since I need to drive out of town for easter but I did walk home from work, about 20-30 minute walk.

I will later today. Got a long day at work so I'm going walking on my break.

boy howdy yes
I went to the gym at 5:15 this morning and did my "all" TRX workout, My arms feel like noodles!

In about 2 hours I'll run for 2.5 miles. Hopefully all the 5ks I plan on running this summer won't be so hard. :D

I've gotten in a half hour of walking so far...trying to decide whether to run 2.5 miles at 9:30 or 10...probably 10.

Arms are still sore from my workout with the personal trainer yesterday. I hope she remembers to send the workout today :D

5 miles on the treadmill at 8.5 miles per hour (my fastest time yet!!).

Then down to the weight room for 15 minutes of an intense arm circuit: Chest flies, bent over rows, dead lifts, tricep extensions, bicep curls, and a couple others for the shoulders and back. About 10-20 reps each and then repeated the whole circuit 3x.

Last but not least, a small ab work out for 10 minutes. 4 different exercise, twice through the circuit.

I feel great! Just need to stretch my tired body now.

33 minutes elliptical (weight loss program), 15 min (1 mile) treadmill, 100 reps arms push bar, abs (100 straight, 50 butterfly, 50 regular, 60 bicycle, heel taps), 100 side leans, 60 inner thigh, 50 outer thigh, 50 pull down bar, 60 ab twist machine, 25 triceps

30 min weights and 30 min bike yesterday. Today I did the elliptical for 30 min and bike for 30 min, water aerobics after work.

Yes! I did a vigorous 25 minutes on the stationary bicycle, 10 minutes of ab workouts, 5 minutes of stretching, and then I timed myself walking to and from class coming to a total of 30 minutes! :)

definitely went all out today...

60 minutes of cardio!!! (35 elliptical, 25 treadmill), abs, side leans, inner thighs and 3 different arm machines plus bum-ups!

i felt sad and down in the dumps before my workout and an hour and 1/2 later, i felt great!!

Yep only did 30min of running on the treadmill and the other 30 walking. didn't need to do more than that since yesterday was my upper body and core day and tomorrow will be my lower and core.

had a full workout yesterday -- 30 minutes elliptical, 15 minute (1 mile) walk, abs, side leans, inner thigh machine, arm push machine.

today i'll be doing the elliptical, another walk, side leans, abs, 50 triceps, 10 biceps and 1.5 hour dance practice. WOO

Yes I did I worked out on the treadmill for an hour with my incline on 15 and my speed on 4.0 I did about four miles burning 850 - 900 calories which is what i have been doing for the past week
