I just started Spark this week and today I got up and cleared off the clothes that have been piled on my treadmill and power-walked for 30 minutes! I know it's only a start, but we all have to start somewhere. :)

I worked out today!!

I did 15 minutes of cardio, and 30 minutes of core workout. I also walked to and from work, which takes about 30 minutes in total.

Well I feel like I have been slacking a lot lately.. I have walked over my lunch the last 2 days which is great but I need more. Tonight I am going to Zumba, I need to add some lunges into my workouts more regularly and abs. Probably do a light warm-up run too.

I haven't yet but I'm about too :D I even have my exercise clothes on ready :) I did 40 mins on the treadmill yesterday (my first day on this website and of my new lifestyle), and I'm about to do 40 mins on my bike tonight!!!

32 minutes of C25K training, 15 minutes of walking to/from bus stop . . . will also do a 50 minute walk home this afternoon (2.93 miles) and some upper body strength training.

Yes I did!! I rode the stationary bike at the gym. I did the hill interval program for 30 minutes and rode 7.5 miles!!! Yippee!

no, SOOO ill today. Also pigged out on 400 cals of comfort cookies after over eating a SALAD up to 500cals (damn dressing).
One step backwards, two steps forward. Tomorrow I'll hopefully feel better, and get some working out done.

Bought a gym membership January 25, and I've been all but 4 days since.
I'm tired though. Haha.
My goal: 20 mins of Cardio everyday
Lose somewhere between 5 and 7 pounds and then put on muscle. So far so good =)

Went to the gym this morning! Ran .5 miles to warm up, did my SP upper body strength training. Then ran intervals on the treadmill for 30 min. I would like to get in a little bit more cardio though, so maybe I'll go back later today :-)

This morning I did todays bootcamp 10 minute video (join the SP 28 day bootcamp challenge with me!). Later, I went to the gym, did 20 minutes on the elliptical, a 10 min hard ride on the bike, arms, and abs. I feel great! woo!

I walked 20 minutes on the treadmill with 5 lb dumbbells. Every minute I do a different exercise with the weights and by the end of 20 minutes, I'm out of breath and my arms are killing me! Then I did 30 minutes on the elliptical.
I know it's late, but I really want to make an effort to get in more strength training so I'm doing the 10 minute boot camp video through sparkpeople. Then, it's off to bed!!

Yesterday when I got home from work I walked for 15 minutes and did 15 minutes of abs/legs/ballet. Today I plan to use my 15 minute break this afternoon to go on a brisk walk while I make phone calls. I feel so much better when I incorporate exercise and yesterday was my first day!
