Down 3.2lbs - yahoo! Actually, that weight tipped the scale and brought me to this team as now I have less than fifty pounds to lose to hit my goal weight. Slow and steady...

Congrats BEYONDFENCES on your 9# loss. Thats amazing. I tried to get friends to work out with me on several occasions since I started my weight loss "journey" and they all either gave up or just didnt want it as badly as me but I just kept going and figured out a way to do it by myself. I wish I had someone too tho.

Another 1.6 this week for 9 lbs in 5 weeks.

Only 1 lb off from where I hoped to be (and eating half a pizza instead of one slice last night didn't help I'm sure!) but at least each week the scale goes down!

I wish I had a friend with a similar schedule and goals to work out with so I'd keep on the ball instead of slacking off!

Another great Monday morning........never did they seem so good. I am another 2 LBS down. I have worked hard this week and am amazed that i can really do it when i try.

WOOOOW! 166 this morning wooohooo! couldnt have been a better day. I got married today. A four pound loss although some may be water weight and be back soon, i am still happy.

Forgot to post yesterday...

Down another 1.2 lbs making 7.6 in 4 weeks.

I'd have to say I'm down a pant size too since I could barely zip my "big girl" jeans anymore no matter what I did and now they fall to my what would be hip bones if I had anything bone like on my body instead of riding closer to the belly button if I don't have on a belt straight out of the dryer!!! Going to have to break out the "skinny" clothes box soon to get the next size down out.

WooHoo, first weigh in at the end of week one and am down EIGHT pounds, i know a lot of that will be water but i really didn't think it would be that much. I am suffering with Flu and for two days have been able to exercise. Well this week i am really motivated and now know for myself this diet and life style change is really going to work for me. emoticon

thank you for the encouragement sweetnis3. Today was not so hot though. I went to a babyshower & I think we all know what that means. I can not really track my calories, I should not have ate what I did, because I don't know what some of the stuff had in it. Oh well better day tomorrow right?

drcupp are you logging everything into spark including your exercise and it will tell you if you are where you need to be. eat lots of small snacks to keep your metabolism going and work muscles out differently. They get used to our normal routines.

momofgwen1 you are doing great. keep it up. it takes time to put it on and to take it off. dont get discouraged hun. its working.

ok weight in for the week. I lost 1 lb. Which is better than gaining it I guess. I know the problem is my calorie intake right now. I really have to get that in tact. Uggh.

I think I'm at a plateau and not sure what to do. I don't meet with my Dr. until next Thursday. I'm thinking maybe I'm not eating enough calories?? I know I'm not going over. Any suggestions?? Thanks!

Yeah some days I have a hard time staying in range too. Just dont set it too low that youll set yourself up to fail becuz you might get discouraged and we all know what happens then. Set it where you are comfortable and you will succeed. Keep up the good work!

thanks JAMIEMUFF36 i need all the encouragement I can get. I have to figure out how to stay below my calorie count though instead of going over, but I don't think I am doing horrible.

Thomps0126 Great job! Beyondfences...woohoo! well just wanted to share that i hit the 160's this morning. 169~~~ YEA! now got to step it up more and keep the momentum going. I get to order my new shoes friday and i am really excited about that. with me working ten hours a day i need them. this week more fuits and veggies, will report again after the weekend.

I'm actually up a little bit this week. Had a wedding Sunday and it was my birthday and my husband took a vacation day yesterday. All a recipe for disaster. Juat got back from my morning walk and gonna workout now after I make an egg. Have a nice day everyone!

Great job!! Mine went up. Not sure if it was because I quit smoking or if it is TOM. We will see come next Sun. I'm not giving up either way but buckling down...going to start tracking what goes in my mouth again.

WOW! I really didnt think it would move. I lost a pound. That means I reached ten pounds since starting back with Sparkpeople! Yea! Oh and I get my new shoes. That was my ten pound goal. emoticon

Oh yeah ROXIE-GIRL, I hate that when 2 different scales are tht much different. I say just go with the one you use more often and we both know which the that one is, the lower one!! lol.

I weighed 173 this morning, down 2 more pounds. BUT! I went to the Dr. this morning and their scale says 176! GAHHHH!!!!!
