Mostly still, but I'll drink the sparkling kind once in awhile to mix things up. When I go out places, I get seltzer instead of soda or plain water, every place with a fountain has seltzer, so it feels a little more-ish than plain water, but it's still water.

And all the strange rock and rollers

I've always been told that carbonation wasn't good for you, but I suspect that is probably an old-wives tale. I've never seen any actual studies one way or the other. I say drink whichever one you enjoy the most.

I just do regular water, I am not a fan of carbonated water of any sort...

I drink more water if it is still. If it is sparkeling I have a tendency not to drink as much.

I have a Brita pitcher at home and a filtered water system at work. Fill up a sports cup with ice pack built in, then I have cold water all day. I've never been a fan of sparkling water, and medical research doesn't say that still water is better than carbonated. So if you love carbonated water, fizz away! The best part is that you're drinking the water to be healthy rather than sodas or sweet juices.

I basically do what ALLYSNEWLIFE does. Britta pitcher filled, 24oz water bottle filled 3-4 times. I have 3 that I really like, so I always have one handy. This way there is no excuse for me to buy a pop or coffee. I don't know if there is one that is "better" than the other, as long as it doesn't have additives, what ever keeps you drinking it!

Not sure if one is better than the other. I drink tap water out of a filtered bottle to get the chlorine taste out.

I drink still water. I have a Brita pitcher that I fill up often during the day and have a cup that holds 3 cups of water and I drink 3-4 of those during the day.

We all know that we should be drinking 8 glasses of water a day. Personally I prefer sparkling water to still. What about you? Is still water better for you?
