I usually weigh in on Thursdays me and my wife both weigh each other so we can motivate each other with our weight lose goals emoticon

I'm a Monday weigher as well. And I don't allow myself to weigh in on any other day. Then I tend to obsess about the little fluctuations that occur. Once a week is enough for me!!

Since I started on a Tuesday, I've kept that as my official weigh in day. I check every morning though.

An excuse is just a challenge to figure out how to do something different.

hey all! I weigh in on fridays. I do step on the scale a few times a week just to see where I'm at. It seem to me that on fridays is when the scale weighs me less and I tend to maintain that weight through till the next friday. I tend to eat a bit more on the weekend cause I'm cooking all the meals for the whole family ( 6 of us). So my weekends I tend to stay in the mid range of my calorie and carb intake and during the week I'm stay at the the bare minimum. I'm not that active due to I stay home with my twins, the anemia and other vitamin deficiencies. Along with that I still have been cleared to exercise as of yet. So I know I don't have the same calorie needs as someone who day is full and who exercise. I try to stay active with the twins and cleaning but after dinner around 7pm my body tells me I'm done. I look forward to better health so I can start walking at night and be told I can start to exercise.

I check my weight just about every morning but my official weigh in day is Monday and that's what gets recorded. Weighing in on Monday seems to help me stay on track over the weekend.

I actually step on the scale every day 1st thing. I do this to keep me honest about what I eat each day & to motivate me to exercise. I use Sunday as my "official" weigh in day.

Monday morning for me and that just corresponds with the day I managed to get in my first weigh-in of the program. I didn't have a scale at home until about a fortnight ago so I started stopping off at a pharmacy on my way to work. The scale gives a printout and that's what I use as my official weigh in. I have now got a scale at home but either the scale is banjaxed or I am fluctuating hugely because I seem to get a different reading every time I step on that. I'll be continuing with my weekly pharmacy weigh ins... maybe extending to fortnightly after a bit and just trust the process in between weighings.

Every Sunday morning. I only step on the scale on a day that isn't Sunday for a dr. appt or if I just have that feeling, that I'm lighter. My rule is that if I step on it, I have to log it.

I was wondering what day of the week do most people weigh in on. I have been weighing in on Mondays but noticed that the Friday before or the next day on Tuesday gives me a better number. I've thought about changing the day but I haven't because I don't want to fudge my numbers. What do you think? I am going to do a weigh in Saturday this week to see how close to my March goal I got.
