Really watching my fat intake. I know I will be over calories for the day, but I am staying very close to my total fat intake for the day. Dinner will me slightly over as will snack, but I might cut burger down by 1/2 oz which would cut the fat for dinner down to under where I should be... No exercise today, I over did it yesterday and have been in pain today.

What is done is done. I will not dwell on it. I will move on and learn from my past. I love myself.

Changed up my breakfast to include higher protein and less fat. I have been struggling with not getting enough protein since I started back on Alli. Trying to find a good balance and I think I am replanning meals starting at breakfast!! emoticon

Had eggs and a cup of cherries for breakfast instead of a some high carb, low nutrition, option. Getting ready to get in front of my t.v. and do my workout in just a minute. I made sure to get up this morning and put on my workout clothes right away!

Lots of exercise in yesterday, but my big achievement was that I actually swam 3.75 laps. I know it doesn't seem like much, but it is more than I have swam in years. I was aiming for 5 but my asthma started to act up and I had to quit. Next time I will get at least 4 full laps!!!

Yesterday (I'm a little late to the party) I got my 4 mile run in, did 90 squats and made a menu for the next 2 weeks. I also stayed within my ranges for food intake!

Better grocery shopping today. Stayed mostly out of the center aisles!! Just a quick run in to get whole wheat pasta for tonight's dinner. Spaghetti and Chicken Meatballs. Skipped the garlic bread today, serving spinach salad to family (I still can't stand raw lettuce or spinach) and cottage cheese for me. Watermelon and hummus made it in the cart as well as fresh cherries!!! Yumm!!!
