Today is my first day, so these are going to be a little tame:

I only had one cup of coffee with cream and sugar in it (as opposed to four...I usually have two in the morning and two in the afternoon. I'd like to eventually move to only three cups, all black).

I also bought workout clothes for the first time in...forever (due to me being out in the boonies, I had to order them online).

I started making a meal plan today. One of my biggest downfalls is lack of planning. I'm using the '10 minutes a day' philosophy to help get into a routine.

Stuck with my low calorie plan.

Worked out w/ personal trainer. The trainer has been the BEST decision I've ever made on this weight loss/fitness journey!
