I'm down 2 pounds. I think it could have been more, but my workouts were here and there...no consistency this past week. My goal this week is to work out each day NO MATTER WHAT!

I'm at 208. Down from 210. I weighed myself this morning and it said 207, then I got undressed and ready to shower and it said 208. Hmmm... Maybe my scale is just out of wack...

???

Well today I am down 1.4lbs, not as much as I was pushing for this week be I'll take it. I did lose inches as well so I guess it balances, can't wait until next weeks weigh in. emoticon

Sorry guys have not go to chat. We are down another 1lb. Got 11 to go.. Wow cannot believe this is so cool. Seen all the weigh loss, that is just great!!!!

I am in week four and I have lost 12 pounds so far. (as f last weigh in four days ago) I have to weigh in 3 days. This really works.

Congrats to everyone who lost. My weigh in days are all messed up...been traveling for work - anyway, I hit my first goal this morning. I am at 35 pounds lost. Almost to my 1/2 way point. My goal for next week is to not gain...leaving for Europe tomorrow and am afraid that I will pack on 5 or more. Going to try to stay strong!!

Lost .5 lb - seems to be the trend for April, after doing so well, it's been a bummer watching it come off so slowwwwly. I am now paying particular attention to grams of fat, and the number of calories I am burning regardless of time spent exercising. Hoping this trend will turn around!!

Well, since I have started this, I have lost 5 lbs. Hopefully I can keep on the bandwagon and do better with learning healthier lifestyle. Seeing everyone do so well and with frustrations makes it easier to keep going.

Shondelle32...you can remove the meal plan on your nutrition tracker by clicking the button near add food. Then just use the add food button to log everything you eat. Add your exercise under the fitness tracker. You can find most stuff under "add cardio". I love this site and the trackers...don't give up while you are getting used to the site - You can do it!!

2.8 pounds for me...I think I'll round it up to 3...that sounds better. And that's with me crashing and burning yesterday with a wicked virus. I didn't log a lot, and definately no water, since I just didn;t feel like eating or drinking, but I did take a long walk.

DH thinks its because I have been working out too hard, getting up uber early and exercising. Maybe? or maybe it exacerbated it, and I was sick anyway.
