Yesterday - 40 minutes workout video then strength training.

today - jogged 1.75 miles without stopping. then walked for another 90 minutes (about 6 miles all together)

feeling much better today! yippee! kept DGS (4 mos) for a little while, went grocery shopping, and swept dining room. now sitting on exercise ball while on computer. it's surprising how I feel it in my stomach the next day!

The fist step for me to getting the "junk outta my trunk" (figuratively speaking), is to first get the clutter holding me down outta my house so am working on that these days. Trying to make room for my treadmill in the living room.

I sat on an exercise ball day before yesterday while on the computer. I know, it sounds like, "big deal." BUT, my stomach muscles were a little sore yesterday!! I couldn't believe it!

so I'm doing it again tonight. hope to start walking some soon. cooler weather (low 80s & humidity) has FINALLY hit N. Fla! woohoo!

Took off yesterday - family stuff to do.

Today walked 5 miles

Walshhe - great job with the walking/jogging. I started doing that a month ago and now I can jog 1 mile. Go for it!

I usually rest on Sundays, but I've had one of those horrible head colds and felt so lazy the past 2 days; so I took a walk - and attempted jogging for 60 seconds on and off.
30 minute walk with total of 2.5 minutes jogging!

100 single leg lifts, 50 crunches, 50 curls, 12 benches, 20 min. stair step.

Still gonna walk the dog (1 mile) and take my walk (2) miles

Use what talent you possess: the woods would be very silent if no birds sang except those that sang best.

I'll be walking the dogs, and doing some Leslie Sansone miles. I did Jillian Michael's shred last night, and my foot hurts, so I am going to take it easy. I am going to stick with Tae Bo and Leslie Sansome from now on.

i did NOT want to exercise this morning, but pushed myself to keep on keepin' on! 100 single leg lifts, 50 crunches, 30 bicep curls, 12 presses (right shoulder strain). I figured that was good enough, but then convinced myself i needed cardio. So I walked (2) 15 min. miles!!! Walked inside and said to my dog: "OMG, I feel great!" If we can just motivate ourselves, and each other, just the personal emotional reward is totally awesome!

Use what talent you possess: the woods would be very silent if no birds sang except those that sang best.

There is no elevator to success. You have to take the stairs.
