Hi everyone!

If you have read the spark book ... you know about how important streaks are in helping to keep the motivation going.

Well -- I have started a streak (I hope to break my last streak of 103 days)... specifically I started a positivity streak where I blog every day about one (or more) challenges that I overcame during the day. This way I am focusing on the positive and you get what you focus on!

I will also post one AMAZING fact about my body each day ~ rather than constantly pick it apart ... too fat, too flabby, too this or that or not enough of this or that... It is high time I start loving all the great things about my body! You know what they say... your body hears everything you say (and think)....

The reason I am sharing this is because I would like my team members to check in on my blogs so that I am accountable! :) I'd really appreciate it and will be happy to support you on your journey as well!! Lets do this!

It is not enough to simply show up. You need to step up for results.... keep on stepping! Dee
