1- *Take my vitamins! .
2- *daily accountability (jems) if I miss a day, I backtrack and fix it!
3- *Spark everyday! (If I miss a day, I backtrack!)
4- *to do at least 30 min of exercise 6X a week
5- *Only F&V and popcorn after 8pm.

My day 1 = Nov 1st!

1st wk. = 30.5 pts. out of 35! not bad.
2nd wk =33 pts this wk! woohoo!
3rd wk =Mon 5. Tues 5, weds 5, Thurs 5, Fri 5, Sat 5, sun 5= perfect score .35 this wk.
4th wk gone to venice italy! This challenge is over for me! did great!

My resolution is to stay on track through the holiday. I can eat turkey on my diet, so I just have to skip the deserts.

I just know I can do this..

My November Resolution is the same as Oct, since I didn't do too well in Oct. Nov didn't start too well, but did do better today.

My resolution for November is keep my home free of sweets. If I have them in the house they talk to me, beg me to eat until they are gone.

My Nov resolutions are the same as my new yr goals. starting Nov 1st! My dailys!
1.Vitamins
2.Jems
3.Sparks
4.Exercise 6X a wk at least 30 min a day.
5.F&V's and popcorn only after 8!

Week 1- So far so good! woohoo. Did them all each day except Ex today (Sat) which means I must move my booty on Sunday this wk, my usual day off. Sunday did my moving in PJ's in frount of the tv but hey done! great wk for resolutions!
Wk 2- Kind of a lazy wkend for ex, but grt on everyother level. 100% on track!
Wk 3- Mon5, Tues5, weds5, thurs 5, Friday 5, Sat 5

The weight I lost when I moved here last June is slowly creeping back so I have to stop it before it gains momentum. I only ate one mini Reeses PB cup on Halloween but we had Chinese food delivered. Not my choice but that is what most of the residents wanted. Granted, I didn't have to eat it but it was kinda good. It was $2 a serving and there was a lot left over so we had some for lunch the next day because we were sewing things to sell at our Holiday Bazzaar mid-month.

November goals are fuzzy for me. Last year, I gained 5 pounds between the beginning of November and New Year's Day. (Actually, I gained 8 and lost back 3.) This year, I'm starting November in maintenance mode.

Goal: Maintain weight in the 165-175 range. If possible, narrow down where I think the long term goal should be. This should allow some holiday food celebration, but that must be controlled.

Goal: Run at least 20 minutes continually, 3 times a week. Acquire any clothing needed to accommodate running in November weather. Achieving this will require avoiding injury and illness, which may not be entirely within my control.

I thought I was ready to begin my Spark journey but was such a yoyo in October. My November resolution is to take baby steps and not jump in headlong with both feet flying. I WILL NOT gain my standard eight pounds between Halloween and New Years. Instead, my goal is to lose that eight pounds. I am going to try to start each day with a prayer and a pep talk and take it from there. My main goals are to start back exercising 20 mins most days a week, cut back the chocolate (Halloween really got me - or rather I let it get me) and night time snacking, and get more sleep.

October has come to an end. How fast the year is flying by. I am sad to say, I haven't stuck strictly to my nutrition guidelines this month. I really must do better for November. The PT is going well with my knee and I get at least 45 minutes of strength and stretching twice a day. That is helping a bit. I'm also back on the spin bike for at least 15 minutes twice a day. Not as much as I'm used to, but getting better every day.

For my November Resolution/goal, I must do better with my nutrition and faithfully do my PT so I can get back to my bike rides.

3) fruit or veggie with each meal
4) sew 1 bobbin full
5) make someone smile
