It's nice to meet you and you can do this. One step at a time and one day at a time. Don't try to change to much at a time or you become overwhelmed and find it hard to stick to the program,

I'm in y 60's and have lost 50 pounds. One thing that helped me is not to let things stop the habit. OK some days I hurt or was sick, exercise was a walk around the house, ab exercises or range of motion exercises while in bed anything to keep the habit of doing it.

Objects in the mirror will get thinner than they now appear

good vibes from ohio. i used to be a very athletic and graceful dancer, but slowly over the years my failed relationships and a desk job took its toll. i am going to get hypnotized tomorrow to quit smoking and also for weight loss as well. seeking better health more than vanity (im 56) lol.
also recently lost a 25+ yr friendship so its been rough but i am looking forward not backwards.
any encouragement is cherished and please let me help you as well.
