I was on Nutrisystem years ago when you could only eat their food, which wasn't very good. Now the food is much better. You only get enough for 5 days. That gives you 2 breakfasts, lunches, and dinners that you have to prepare. They recommend not doing it all on 1 day. That is supposed to help with the transition off the prepared food. I hope it works because I had the same problem eating off the plan.

I was on Jenny in the late 90s. I was so successfull lost 70 pounds. I did the in store program with the adviser and classes weekly. I felt so good and looked so great. I joke that I kept it off for 45 minutes. I never got the hang of eating off the plan and not gaining.

On my way to my new normal.

My husband and I are starting week 4 and we just updated our next autoship. We are pleasantly surprised with the food. Our main struggle is eating enough veggies. We were also in the habit of eating out almost every day. Now we go out twice a week for our flex meals at night.
