pretty much the same as last week:

get to the gym for 3 strength sessions
stay within calorie range EVERY day
NO nighttime snack binges

Same as last week

1. Stay within my calorie goals
2. Walk/Run/or both 5.5 miles a day minimum (I'm part of a virtual race to run/walk 2015 miles in 2015 - "Run the Edge" to do that I need to average 5.5 miles a day)
3. Complete my T&T (Total Temple workouts) daily - physical and Spiritual workouts
4. Make sure I get the right amount of sleep each night
5. Train for my upcoming 10k and 5k races

These were my goals last week, and I'm carrying them as my goals this week, as well:

1) Walk to and from work twice
2) Attend "Running for Brews" on Tuesday
3) Maintain weight in +/- 3% range
4) Get in an extra strength-training visit at the gym

Last week I missed #2, because my landlord needed to come by my house. Hit all the others, though!

We have lettuce, kale, spinach, beets, radishes - regular and daikon, sugar snap peas,tomatoes, carrots, eggplant, bok choy, cilantro, parsley, fennel, onions, chives, basil, sage, peppers - both sweet and hot, lavender and other aromatics and spices. Flowers are also planted to keep pollinators coming and happy. We just got a donation of 12 sapling fruit trees (various citrus, apple, peach, apricot, fig) which should start producing (both fruit and shade) in a few years and are getting ready to plant seeds for melons and cukes. Co-op members share the work and produce, and we take excess to a local food pantry for distribution on their regular days - people going there are surprised and grateful for the bags of fresh, seasonal, organic produce to supplement the boxed and canned items normally available to them.

inch by inch, step by step - getting better at regulating snacking, especially in the evening

goal for this week is 3 strength workouts at the gym - have been once, have two more scheduled and on the calendar

put in seeds for spring/summer harvest at the organic garden co-op - almost time to start looking up new recipes for all the yummy produce to come

1. 60 min of cardio every day - any combination of walking, biking, hiking, swimming
2. keep nighttime snacking under control - only what's been entered on the tracker
3. hit the gym 3 times for strength work
4. stay withing appropriate calorie range every day

My goals this week

1.) Eat Between 1300-1500 calories per day with less than 30 Carbs.
2.) Reach my step goal (10000) and burn goal (3000) daily.
3.) Lose 4 LBS bringing me out of the 260s and into the 250s

Like the title says what are your goals for this week?

1.Walk 20 miles this week.
2.Stay within my calorie goal.
3.Walk to Piestawa Peak this week then hike and walk home.
4.Stop being cranky at the grocery store.
