We have lettuce, kale, spinach, beets, radishes - regular and daikon, sugar snap peas, tomatoes, carrots, eggplant, bok choy, cilantro, parsley, fennel, onions, chives, basil, sage, peppers - both sweet and hot, lavender and other aromatics and spices. Flowers are also planted to keep pollinators coming and happy. We just got a donation of 12 sapling fruit trees (various citrus, apple, peach, apricot, fig) which should start producing (both fruit and shade) in a few years and are getting ready to plant seeds for melons and cukes. Co-op members share the work and produce, and we take excess to a local food pantry for distribution on their regular days - people going there are surprised and grateful for the bags of fresh, seasonal, organic produce to supplement the boxed and canned items normally available to them.
