Since reaching my goal weight I have a pair of pants 64 waist and a 4 4LX shirt hanging on my bedroom wall and Pictures of my former self in different place to remind me not to go back.
While losing weight I wrote a skinny mens bucket list. Things I wanted to be able to do that I couldn't do in my current condition. And then I put a dates on each of them so I had a goal to reach.
examples:
Set in a booth at a restaurant without having to squeeze in. (I couldn't fit in the booths at 5 and Dinner)
Do a 5k
To not use an extension for the seatbelt on an airplane
