Today I had 2 Hotdogs and a cheese stick. The dogs are some stupid brand I get from sprouts, 70 cals, no carbs per dog.

Yes I have had a lot of fun hiking! We go on Sunday mornings and there is an open invite for anyone who would like to join us. I generally post an invite at some point during the week.

Taking it slow is key! The site really does help keep you on track motivated and held accountable if you use it to its potential. Learn how to use the fitness and nutrition trackers first those are some of the biggest tools here. Hope to see more of you around sparks and good luck!

What did you guys have this morning?

I had 2 cups of Special K Red berries with one cup of skim milk.
Its the exception in my no grain/flours diet plan. I only get to eat a bowl like every other day but it hits the spot!
